Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or legal holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid any delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Estimates:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery Delays: Delivery delays can occasionally occur.  Shipment of some items may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

  • We ship worldwide as well as within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.  Free standard shipping applies only to items shipped within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International Shipping: ChicElegance is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

  • ChicElegance is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Save Packaging: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
